No payment is processed until your installation is completed, unless you choose to prepay. You’ll review your booking details before confirming your appointment.

What is the monthly payment after that?

Monthly rent is $79 plus applicable taxes.

What if the equipment breaks?

Repairs are included. If something goes wrong, simply contact us and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

Do I ever need to contact apartment community maintenance?

When it comes to your laundry equipment, call us first. We can take care of most issues without involving maintenance, but occasionally we will work with your community staff to ensure you’re taken care of.

How soon can I get installed?

Installation appointments are available throughout the week. Simply choose your preferred date during booking.

We can even install your washer & dryer before you move in.

Do I need to be home?

Yes. An adult 18 years or older must be present during installation.
